The petitioner alleges illegal and unauthorized construction.

The averments made in the writ petition and the documents annexed thereto do not support the allegation of unauthorized construction.

It appears that there are several title disputes disclosed in the present writ petition.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Report of the Commissioner of Police, Barrackpore signed on 14th December, 2022 is taken on record.

It will be open for the police to continue enquiry with the matter in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
