This matters have been placed in the list since a typographical error has mistakenly crept in the order dated 16th September, 2025. 2.

Mr. Roy, learned Public Prosecutor has correctly pointed out that in the first line of the second paragraph of the order dated 16th September, 2025, the date of the order has been erroneously recorded as '02.07.2025' in place and instead of '01.07.2025'. 3.

The errors are typographical and ministerial in nature. 4.

Accordingly, the office is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the order.

Let this order be read in conjunction with the order dated 16th September, 2025.
