1. This is the second occasion when no one is appearing on behalf of the contempt applicant.

2. Mr. Chattopadhyay appears for the alleged contemnor. According to him, the order of this Court dated 19.02.2024 of affording opportunity of hearing to the contempt applicant has already been complied with by the said alleged contemnor, having held a hearing proceeding on May 15, 2025.

3. He further submits that the quarries raised during hearing have not been satisfactorily answered by the contempt applicant and also that there is no cogent evidence that the applicant was ever employed with the "Garg Aviation Limited".

4. Since the hearing of the contempt applicant with respect to the allegations raised by him in the writ petition has already been held in terms of the Court's order dated February 19, 2024, the said order is found to have been complied with substantially.

5. For the reasons as above, there is no further necessity to keep the contempt application pending further.

6. The contempt application, being CPAN 299 of 2025, is disposed of accordingly.
