The State of West Bengal The present appeal of the year 2015 arises out of a Judgement and Order dated 31.03.2015 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, 2nd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur in Sessions Trial No.4(02)/2013 and Sessions Case No.211(7)/2012 convicting the appellant for commission of an offence punishable under Section 354 of the IPC. None appears for the the appellant in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing. As the appeal is pending at the stage of admission and no one is appears in this appeal on behalf of the appellant, the appeal stands dismissed for default.
