The present appeal is of the year 2015 has been preferred against a Judgement and Order of acquittal dated 28.11.2014 passed by the learned Third Municipal Magistrate, Kolkata under Section 16(1) a(ii) read with Section 7 of P.F.A Act thereby acquitting the respondents from the case under Section 248(1) of the Cr.P.C. None appears for the the appellant in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing. As the appeal is pending at the stage of admission and no one appears in this appeal against acquittal on behalf of the appellant, the appeal stands dismissed for default.
