Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail and submits prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 20.04.2022. .

We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials connecting the petitioner with the offence of dacoity. His prayer for bail was rejected on 20.04.2022 and there is no change in circumstance since then. Accordingly, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.

Petitioner is at liberty to seek medical assistance in case of emergency.
