The petitioner is aggrieved by the failure on the part of the Cooperative Election Commission, West Bengal, to complete the election process of Nabayug Large-Sized Co-operative Agricultural Credit Society Limited, (hereinafter referred to as the "said Society"). 2.

Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Cooperative Election Commission and submits that steps have already been taken for conducting the election. Not only Assistant Returning Officer has been appointed but the final voters list is likely to be published on 30th July, 2025.

Having regard to the submissions made by Mr.

Nayak, in Court today, I am of the view that the Assistant Returning Officer appointed in respect of the said cooperative society should forthwith take steps and conclude the election process not later than four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
