1. Habeas Corpus writ petition is at the behest of the father complaining that, his minor daughter went missing and the police are inactive.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits a report which be taken on record.

3. The private respondent is represented.

4. Apparently, State registered a First Information Report with regard to the kidnapping of the minor.

5. Parents of the principal accused obtained bail from the jurisdictional Court.

6. The minor was recovered and was produced before the Child Welfare Committee. Minor was placed at Home by an order passed by the Child Welfare Committee.

7. In such circumstances, the minor being recovered and appropriate proceedings under the Juvenile Justice (Prevention of Children) Act, 2015 being taken in respect of the minor, we do not find it appropriate to proceed any further with the Signed By :
