Mr. Ayan Bhattacherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he intends to retire from the case.

The revisional application was preferred at the very initial stage when the complaint case was filed.

Records reflect that, by an order dated 25th August, 2009, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to extend the interim order for a period of four weeks after the Puja Vacation. More than 11 years have passed since then and there has been no interim order stalling the proceedings in the court below. Further, this Court has not been apprised regarding the present stage of the case before the learned trial court.

In view of the aforesaid, CRR 2590 of 2009 is dismissed. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
