The writ application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 22 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Haldia, Dist. - Purba Medinipur.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

It appears that the Title Suit pending since 2020.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a local inspection was directed vide order dated 4th December, 2020. It is submitted that the said report has still date not been filed before the trial Court and is pending for the last five years. 5.

Considering the said conduct before the trial Court, it is directed that the local inspection report be filed before the trial Court within 30 days from the date of this order and the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within one year from the date of this order.

Civil Revision is accordingly disposed of.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
