1. Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. on 19th July, 2024 and produced before us by the IO in terms of the earlier order in which the victim has made specific allegation of acid attack by the petitioner nos. 1 and 2, read with the statement of the other independent witnesses corroborating such statement, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
