The petitioner's husband was an employee of Hooghly Treasury -I, admittedly an employee of the Government of West Bengal. The petitioner is seeking arrears of family pension, which according to the petitioner was stopped due to non-furnishing of the 'Life Certificate'.

In view of the provisions of section 3(q) read with section 15 and 28 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this Court lacks jurisdiction to receive, try and determine the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
