Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) Alipore, South -24 (Parganas) has already complied with the order dated 12th January, 2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner does not wish to proceed with this matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 11499 of 2020 and contempt application being CPAN No. 777 of 2021 are disposed of for non-prosecution.
