During the course of submissions, both parties have agreed that Title Suit No.108 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Suri, District Birbhum may be transferred to the competent court of Burdwan in the district of Purba Bardhaman.

In view of the submissions of both the parties, the court without going into the averments made in the petition direct that the Title Suit No.108 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Suri, District Birbhum be withdrawn and assigned to the court of competent jurisdiction at Burdwan in the district of Purba Bardhaman. Copy of the order be sent to the learned District Judge,

Birbhum and the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman. The learned District Judge, Birbhum is directed to send the entire record to the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman for assigning to the court of competent jurisdiction.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

The concerned court shall dispose of the matter expeditiously.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
