Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of 07.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.750 Rakib informing the Officer-in-Charge of Frezergunj police station, no steps have been taken. The main thrust of allegations are for unauthorized entry into the premises of the petitioner.

Records reflect that on receipt of the information Frezergunj Coastal police station case no. 56/24 was registered for investigation.

As none appears on behalf of the State Ms. Indrani Nandi, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Having considered that the police authorities have taken appropriate steps, I am of the opinion that if the petitioner is dissatisfied with the investigation, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with necessary prayers, learned Magistrate will consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16959 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
