However, so far as those issues are concerned, the petitioner would be better advised to canvass the same before the said revisional court.

Mr. Roy, learned Public Prosecutor, appears on behalf of the State and has produced the Case Diary.

However, from the materials available and on merits, I find that substantive materials are available against the present petitioner, as such, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.
