1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. As all the offences against the petitioner are bailable in nature, this petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. The petitioner, if so advised, may appear before the competent Magistrate within 15 days from today and make a prayer for bail under Section 436 Cr.P.C., the same petition shall be disposed of on the same day and the petitioner shall be released on bail.

3. Accordingly, the application being CRM (A) 2847 of 2023 is disposed of.
