Despite service, none appears on behalf of the State respondents. Mr. Piyali Sengupta, learned advocate is requested by this Court to appear in this matter. Her appearance may be regularized.

The petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of her application made to the District Sub-Registrar-I, Barasat. The petitioner prayed for certified copy of a deed bearing no.00128 for the year 2014. The details of the same are at page 82 of the writ petition. The book volume number, the page numbers, the number of deed, and the year of the deed are all mentioned in the said letter.

It is directed that, if the petitioner applies in the prescribed form, the authority will supply the certified copy of such document to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of the application and compliance of formalities.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
