Saifuddin ...for the petitioner Dr. Madhusudan Saha Roy Mr. Debanjan Chatterjee ...for WBSEDCL It is the grievance of the petitioner that the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) provided an electricity connection to his submersible pump set by installing a bamboo pole in the year 2015.

By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner prays for replacement of the bamboo pole with a cement pole and also for supply of electricity through a separate electric transformer.

In my view, such prayer ought to be considered by the competent authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Station Manager, Samsi, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2nd July, 2025, appearing at page 11 of the writ petition, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 15881 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
