The subject matter of the present revisional application is restricted to condonation of delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. For all purpose, the merits of the revisional application have been filed in connection with the CRR 2263 of 2003. Having regard to the fact that the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act was allowed on 8.6.2004, I am of the opinion that the purpose for which the revisional application has been filed has already been sub-served.

Accordingly, CRR 2268 of 2003 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
