As it has been fairly submitted on behalf of the respondent no. 3 that the retirement dues of the petitioner shall be paid shortly, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition.

Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the cooperative credit society, submits that the society will make sincere efforts to disburse the retirement benefits of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The society must disburse all the admitted retirement dues of the petitioner in accordance with law, mandatorily within a period of two months from date.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
