Saha ... for the respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing the police authorities in the month of January, 2025, no steps were taken. The petitioner further complains that the private respondents have misappropriated her pension.

Learned advocate for the respondents, on the other hand, submits that the complaint was not drafted by the petitioner and has been engineered by others who are instigating the petitioner to

harass the private respondents.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Nager Bazar PS Case No. 159 of 2025 dated 23.07.2025 has been registered under the relevant provisions of the IPC.

The petitioner's additional grievance is that the period of misappropriation has been wrongly quoted in the FIR.

If that be so, the petitioner would approach the concerned investigating officer if she has documents in her custody. The concerned investigation officer would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of such accusation, thereafter, proceed in accordance with law.

Since the investigation has commenced, the investigating agency would put in best of their efforts to unearth the truth and take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

If there are other grievances of the petitioner and the private respondents, they would ventilate the same before the learned court which is in seisin of Nager Bazar PS Case No. 159 of 2025.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15963 of 2025 is disposed of.
