1. Appellant is represented by the learned advocate.
2. In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court dated 06.05.2025, a report is submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Bankura, which indicates that the direction passed by this Court has been duly communicated to the appellant.
3. The report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Bankura be kept with the record.
4. It is said by the learned advocate for the appellant that the present appellant is very much ill and she does not intend to proceed further with the present appeal.
5. A written instruction along with the photocopy of medical documents are submitted on behalf of the appellant.
6. The present appeal is preferred at the behest of the appellant challenging the impugned judgment and order of acquittal passed by the learned Trial Court.
7. As the appellant does not intend to proceed further with the present appeal, the instant appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed affirming the impugned judgment and order of acquittal passed by the learned Trial Court dated 23.05.2000 in connection with Case No. N.G.R. 1447 of 1996.
8. The written instruction along with the medical documents, which are submitted on behalf of the appellant, be kept with the record.
9. Thus, the instant appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed on merit.
10. The impugned judgment and order of acquittal passed by the learned Trial Court is hereby affirmed.
11. Let a copy of this order along with TCR be sent down to the learned Trial Court immediately.
