1. None appears for the petitioners.

2. The petitioners are the students of an Institution opposing the order of the transfer passed by the Government transferring the incumbent, namely, Dr. Natasha Dasgupta as Principal of the Vidyasagar College.

3. The said Dr. Natasha Dasgupta has not been impleaded as a party in the writ petition.

4. The said person has already joined duty on 30.07.2024 as per the joining report.

5. There appears to be some other motive behind this writ petition wherein the students appear to have been set up to file the same.

6. Considering the facts, this court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
