The petitioner has filed this application under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code praying for transfer of the case being Misc. Case No. 8 of 2012 filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure from the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankura to the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur , District Burdwan on the ground set forth in this application but on many occasions petitioner remains absent on call.

It seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the case .

Accordingly, let the CRR 2100 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Court below for information and necessary action.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for , be given to the learned advocate for the petitioner on usual undertakings.
