Mr. Ajay Dutta, Mr. Birendra Nath Manna ...for the petitioner Ms. Piyali Sengupta, Mr. Souvik Ghosh ...for the Public Service Commission The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-supply of mark sheet in respect of the subject examination being the Clerkship Examination for the year and for consequential reliefs.

On behalf of the respondents it is submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has been handed over some of the OMR Sheets and Answer Sheets as sought for by the petitioner. In such circumstances, no purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 16082 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in accordance with law if so advised. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
