-Vs.- State of West Bengal Mr. Biswajit Manna Mr. Smrajit Sarkar..............for the petitioners Ms. Monisha Sharma Ms. Poulami Bose......................for the State This revisional application under section 397/401 read with section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed against an order dated 3rd June, 2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur in Sessions Case No. 116 of 2014, whereby charges were framed against the petitioners under sections 498A/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter was dealt with by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 6th July, 2015, when direction was given to treat the matter as 'Contested Application' and was directed to appear after two weeks. No interim order was ever passed by the Court. Since thereafter the matter was pending in the list. Today, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State/opposite party submits that the judgment has been delivered on 9th March, 2016 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, whereby the petitioners were acquitted. Copy of the judgment has been filed before this Court. Let the same be kept with the record.
