She passed the TET examination in the year 2014 and participated in the recruitment process pursuant to the recruitment notification published by the Board of Primary Education on 23rd December, 2020.

The date of birth of the petitioner as mentioned in her application form is 21st January, 1975. The petitioner claims to be a member of the Other Backward Class category.

The age limit for members of OBC category is forty three years for participating in the recruitment process. The petitioner has crossed the said age limit. The petitioner is age barred for appearing in the said examination.

No relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
