Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner is in custody for more than 6 months and prays for bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and is not aware of the amount of Rs.1,11,000/- deposited in his account. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. It prima facie appears that the petitioner runs a racket for duping several persons with false promise of securing government jobs on payment of huge amount of money. 5 similar cases have been found to be registered against the petitioner in which an amount of Rs.21 lakhs have been deposited in his bank account. 17 SIM cards and two fake joining letters

have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted.

Considering the seriousness of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
