Learned advocate appearing for the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) submits that the petitioner was asked to submit certain documents by a letter dated June 24, 2025, as his application was incomplete.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall produce the necessary documents before WBSEDCL within a period of seven days from date.

I do not find any justification to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the petitioner to submit the required documents in response to the letter dated June 24, 2025, within a period of seven days from date. Upon

submission of the documents, WBSEDCL shall consider the petitioner's prayer in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 15872 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
