1. None appears for the appellants. Ms. Bina Baidya, learned counsel appears for the respondents in FMA 2252 of 2014. Nobody entered appearance also on 23.07.2025 and 03.09.2025 on behalf of the appellants.

2. This court on 23.07.2025 made it clear that if nobody appears on behalf of the appellants on the next date of hearing, the appeal itself may be dismissed for want of prosecution.

3. It appears that the appellants have lost interest in the matter. Accordingly, FMA 2252 of 2025 is dismissed for want or prosecution. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
