Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. 2.

Matter has come up at the instance of the parties. Since amicable settlement has arrived between the parties.

The application has been filed by both the parties for passing an appropriate order by way of affidavit stating that the victim defactocomplainant got married with the present petitioner no.1 in presence of the family members of both the parties and they are enjoying their happy conjugal life.

Learned public prosecutor representing the State has furnished a report before this Court which further support the

contention of the parties that the victim lady has been married with the petitioner no.1 and dispute between them has been resolved. 4.

Let the report be kept with the record.

Therefore, in view of the above, settlement arrived most importantly parties living husband and wife and there is no reason to allow to continue present proceeding.

Hence petition stands allowed. In view of the said fact, the present revisional application is also disposed of and the proceeding pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar, Nadia is hereby quashed.

Accordingly, application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. 8.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the Calcutta High Court. 9.

Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
