This is an application for setting aside the order dated June 15, 2015 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Additional Court, Hooghly in connection with S.C. Case No. 16 of 2015. The matter was heard by a coordinate Bench on August 18, 2015, when direction was given upon the learned advocate for the petitioners to add de facto complainant as party respondent and also to request the State/opposite party to appear in the matter. Since then, the matter is pending.

Today also, none appeared on behalf of either of the parties. In view of the above facts and circumstances and considering the long pendency of the matter, this Court finds no reason to keep the matter pending in the list. Accordingly, C.R.R. 2117 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned Trial Court by the department forthwith for information and necessary action. (Chaitali Chatterjee (Das), J.)
