1. Report dated March 7, 2025 states no adverse report as against the petitioner.

2. Petitioner seeks waiver of conditions imposed in the order dated July 15, 2024 that he shall not enter the district of Purba Medinipur and shall also furnish the address where he will be residing to the Officer-in-Charge in whose jurisdiction he will be residing and shall also appears before such Officer-in-Charge once in a fortnight until further order.

3. However, we waive the condition directing the petitioner to meet the Officer-in-Charge once in a fortnight until

further orders considering the nature of the charges against the petitioner and the materials on record.

4. All other conditions of the order granting bail will remain the same.

5. CRAN/1/2025 is disposed of.
