Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the allegations made in the FIR, which was the basis of registration of the case.

Records reflect that after completion of investigation, police has submitted charge-sheet.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State.

Having regard to the grievance of the petitioner as submitted before this Court as also in the application which has been preferred, I am of the view that the same are of factual considerations which must be gone into by the court at the appropriate stage.

Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to agitate the points canvassed in this revisional application at the stage of

consideration of charge.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2188 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
