Petitioner complains that since he has preferred a 29.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.76 Rakib matrimonial suit for termination of the marriage tie at the Court at Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, he is being threatened by the private respondents and to that effect information have been furnished to the local police authorities but no steps have been taken.

On the other hand learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that the Officer-inCharge of Sinthi Police Station has reduced the information so furnished by way of Sinthi Police Station G.D. Entry no. 601 dated 10.06.2025. So far as the issue relating to the scooty is concerned, information was sent to the petitioner but he did not turn up at the police station.

Be that as it may, since the genesis of the case relate to a matrimonial dispute, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for appropriate remedies under the law. No interference is called for by this Court.

Accordingly, WPA 15996 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
