The petitioner complains of violation of the order dated August 7, 2018.

By such order, certain benefits were directed to be given to the petitioner.

On a query from the Court, learned petitioner is unable to assist the Court as to the benefits receivable by the

petitioner, the benefits, if any, received and the benefits due from the respondents.

In view of such lack of assistance no fruitful purpose would be subserved by keeping the contempt petition pending.

CPAN 858 of 2019 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
