We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He does not stand on the same footing with coaccused who has been granted bail. His bail prayer has been rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
