We have considered materials on record. Entire stolen goods have not been recovered as yet. Prima facie, petitioner is involved in the misappropriation of the articles. Custodial interrogation for recovery of remaining stolen articles is necessary. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
