1. Leave is granted to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to correct the name of the petitioner in the cause title. The name of the petitioner should read as "Abhinandan Routh" instead of "Abhinanda Routh" and the name of the petitioner in the order dated 31st July, 2024 be corrected accordingly.

2. This matter has come at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner for correction of the order dated 31st July, 2024.

3. It appears that in second line of fifth paragraph of the said order "a bond of Rs.00,000/-" shall stand deleted by replacing "a bond of Rs.10,000/-".

4. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 31st July, 2024.

5. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

6. The other portion of the order dated 31st July, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

7. In view of the aforesaid correction, time to appear before the Jurisdictional Court is extended for two weeks from today. (Soumen Sen, J) (Uday Kumar , J)
