Sur Mr. Anirban Ghosh ... for the petitioner The petitioner has challenged the order dated 28.06.2022 passed in M. Execution Case No.216 of 2021. The proceedings relate to Sections 12 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. In view of the provisions in the Act under Section 29 of PWDV Act wherein statutory appeal has been provided against any order, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appellate forum for exhausting the grievance and the remedies.

If there is any delay which has been caused, the learned District Judge will consider the issues relating to delay in the background of the fact of the revisional application which was pending before this Court for which the litigants should not suffer.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2652 of 2022 is disposed of.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to learned advocate for the petitioner after the same being replaced by photostat copy.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
