It is submitted that investigation has been completed in respect of the Beniapukur PS Case No. 317 dated 15.08.2021 and charge sheets being No. 21/2022 dated 14.02.2022 and 19/2022 dated 17.02.2022 have been filed in respect of the FIR registered.

In those circumstances, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

In view of the above, connection application being CAN 1 of 2021 shall also stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
