1. This is the second application filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail. The petitioner has not disclosed that in an earlier matter in CRM (A) 1357 of 2023 (Chotan Khan) a coordinate bench rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail on 30.03.2023. This practice is strongly deprecated.

2. In view of the above, this application for anticipatory bail is accordingly dismissed.
