Petitioner submits he did not upload and circulate obscene pictures of the victim. He prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits he had motive to commit the crime and had uploaded obscene pictures.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the victim and others show petitioner had taken a loan from her. Thereafter, he paid the amount but uploaded obscene pictures on the social media. Investigation of the crime would require custodial interrogation to verify the alleged facts.

Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
