1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considered the materials placed by them including the statement of the victim and the bank statement.

3. The petitioner has exploited a pure relationship for the sake of money. Taking into consideration the seriousness of the allegation, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
