Gupta Ms. Ishita Roy ............for the petitioners Mr. Arijit Chakrabarti Mr. Yash Singhi ........for the State Upon perusing the writ petition, this Court finds that the order of the Land Manager, Bidhannagar dated 16th June, 2022 rejecting the application of the petitioners for mutation of a particular plot of land has not been challenged. The only prayer in the writ petition is for a direction on the Land Manager, Bidhannagar to dispose of the application for mutation made by the petitioners.

Since the writ petition already contains the result of the application and the same is not under challenge, WPA 16540 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

Liberty to file afresh.
