Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the Original Application is pending since 2021. The issue involved in the Original Application is covered by a decision of the High Court. The respondents are yet to file reply to the Original Application. The matter was fixed for hearing on December 6, 2023.

The petitioners are suffering prejudice due to the delay.

Learned advocate for the respondents submits on instruction that, reply to the Original Application will be filed within a period of three (03) weeks from date.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to permit the respondents to the Original Application to submit their reply within three (03) weeks from date, peremptorily. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.

The Administrative Tribunal is requested to list the matter six (06) weeks hence and endeavour and dispose of the same within four (04) weeks thereafter without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

WP.ST 101 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
