(Via Video Conference) Mr. P.K. Pakrashi ... for the petitioner Mr. Ranjan Saha ... for DPSC, Paschim Medinipur The petitioner filed the instant writ petition praying for a directing upon the respondent authorities to pay his salary from the month July, 2021 onwards.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the District Primary School Council, Paschim Medinipur submits, upon instruction, that the petitioner has been permitted to join as Assistant Teacher of Purusattampur Primary School on 29th November, 2021 in the presence of the Teacher-in-charge and other teachers.

It has further been submitted that the petitioner will be paid his dues at the earliest.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been permitted to join and a time frame may be fixed within which the salary of the petitioner may be released.

It appears from the submission made on behalf of both the parties that the petitioner has duly been permitted to join and accordingly let the salary of the petitioner be disbursed in his favour in accordance with law, at the

earliest, but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
