Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioners complain that the boundary wall of the petitioners was demolished for which police assistance was sought for by the petitioners. So far as the issue relating to boundary wall is concerned, it has been settled that it would be the civil court which will decide the issue. So far as the petitioners' grievance is concerned, if the petitioners are aggrieved by any act and action of the police authorities, petitioners will approach the jurisdictional civil/criminal court for necessary relief. Police authorities will act only, if the concerned statutory courts pass necessary directions. No interference is called for by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16025 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
