Burwan PS, Murshidabad dated 05.7.2023 stating that the appellant Samiyun Bibi alias Samiyun Sk. has died on 24.7.2019 supported by a copy of the death certificate, let the said death certificate be kept with the record.

Under such circumstances, the appeal gets abated and accordingly disposed of.
